In the Audacity Australia room, visitors were introduced to a wide range of products across five separate setups. The brands on show included WiiM, Jamo, Ikarao, Silcron, and Lenco. Each setup was designed to demonstrate how different technologies and product categories can complement one another, from classic vinyl playback to advanced streaming.

WiiM and Jamo – A Highlight Combination

WiiM was a clear highlight, with its Amp Ultra and Vibelink Amp paired with Jamo C605 MK II and Jamo D590 floorstanding speakers. These systems demonstrated both stereo and Dolby 5.1 configurations, supported by the WiiM Sub Pro. The result was powerful, room-filling sound delivered with impressive ease of use.

The new WiiM TV app also drew plenty of attention, showing album artwork and bitrates directly on a Sony Android TV. This feature underlined WiiM’s focus on making streaming both functional and visually engaging.

For many visitors, it was also a chance to experience Jamo’s reintroduction to the Australian market. StereoNET noted the strong reception, describing WiiM and Jamo together as a compelling partnership that combined connected Hi-Fi convenience with elegant Danish design.

Beyond Streaming – A Complete Room

While streaming was front and centre, the Audacity room also showcased a variety of other products:

  • Jamo bookshelf speakers and subwoofers, expanding on the brand’s versatile range.
  • Lenco turntables, highlighting the enduring appeal of vinyl.
  • The Silcron Max Connect CD Player, offering both classic CD playback and two-way Bluetooth connectivity.
  • The Ikarao Break X1 karaoke system, running Karafun, which became a crowd favourite for its fun and interactive performance.

These setups demonstrated the breadth of Audacity’s portfolio, proving that high-quality audio today spans both traditional formats and modern, connected solutions.

Looking Ahead

The StereoNET Melbourne Hi-Fi & AV Show 2025 showcased the strength of the Australian audio industry and the growing role of connected Hi-Fi. For Audacity, it was an opportunity to share new products, highlight key brand partnerships, and reconnect with both industry partners and music enthusiasts.

With such strong momentum, the future looks bright for both the brands represented and the Hi-Fi community as a whole.
